Digifest is a Digital Media senior showcasing event that is hosted every Spring at UH. This event is a building block for students to showcase their creativity and all that they’ve learned about to potential employers. It is the next step towards their career as they jump into the future.

Because of that, I wanted to showcase that the event was a building block for success. So I designed my Digifest concept to belike a pattern of some sort. Although it doesn’t look like it at first, viewers can interpret it as a sort of building block. I’ve also added elements of Digital Media, such as a camera to indicate Photography, lines to indicate networking, shapes a pointer to indicate the tools we use, like InDesign and Photoshop, and a thumbs up to represent social media. This is to show that Digital Media isn’t entirely focused on one concept, but is a broad representation of all things digital.
