Invitation cards for Digifest with aspects of the cards changing depending on the variable data.
"Digifest is where the innovation and ambition of young aspiring adults meets the wisdom and expertise of industry experts to help pave their roads to success. Digifest 2024 focuses on the combination of technology and artistic human expression for business"
-Design Concept
Digifest is a reverse career fair where employers look for potential employees, rather than vice versa. This project aimed to create a mailing list for potential employers. That was done by gathering data, compiling them into an Excel sheet, and then creating a card using the Excel sheet as variables. The idea was to incorporate the design concept into the project. We also had to segment the audience into at least 5 groups, as well as make variables depending on name, address, gender, and industry.

Gus, my lab partner, and I both worked on this project. He worked on the design aspect of the project while I worked on the more technical side of it. I worked on the Excel sheet, helped with the body copy, gave feedback to Gus on the design parts, got the release form, and helped to package and export it. Meanwhile, Gus created the content object list, designed the graphics in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, created the page layout in InDesign, helped with the body copy, and exported and packaged most of the files. It was important for us to communicate and work with each other on this project, as we both had different parts to work on that would go hand in hand.
